- Identifying the most efficient work environment, team and layout to enable the staff within the Utility Department; enabling to take the necessary measures to minimize the downtimes.
- Requesting necessary tools and devices in sufficient quantities and specifications in order to perform the maintenance and repair works in a healthy way.
- Providing the necessary safety measures for protection to be taken and controlling during the maintenance and repair works.
- Identifying, implementing or demanding the professional and general training requirements of all subordinate staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Providing the storage of the tools and devices used.
- Monitoring and maintaining the functionality of the fire automation in the plant.
- Ensuring the full and timely attendance of the affiliated staff, specified for the participation in the training programs organized by the Human Resources Department; following the results of the trainings and contributing to the qualification and efficiency of such trainings by declaring his/her opinions within the framework of the results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of mechanical Engineering.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in the same field
- strong command in AutoCAD and Microsoft office. .
- Fluency in English is a must
- 6th of October , Giza or haram are preferable
