Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field.
. 10+ Years of experience in Learning and Development field.
. Acquired certificates in Learning and Development field (TOT, CPLP, ..etc.)
. Strong communication and presentation skills.
. Strong leadership skills.
. MBA is a plus.
