- Do you have experience in organizing and facilitating project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings?
- Did you take E2E ownership and accountability for establishing agile values, methods & principles?
- Do you have experience with overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on time to meet client satisfaction?
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any related field.
- 3 years of technical experience with at least 1 year as a scrum master.
- Proven track record of managing software projects with agile methodology.
- Experience with products of Digital Healthcare or E-commerce is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
