Sales Analysis Specialist

• Communicate with distributors in order to acquire compatible data for sales calculation system.
• Follows up with distributors to send their sales data on the pre agreed due dates.
• Convert distributors’ sheets format to be easy imported form to sales calculation system in the due time.
• Calculate sales on sales calculation system once every 10 days and according to the available sales sheets.
• Follows up with distributors to send their sales data , convert distributers sheets to be easy imported form to calculate sales it on system
• Send sales reports for all S.O members.
• Prepare total company report based on priority system and business units.
• Link Medical Representative, District Manager, Line Sales Manager, Product Manager to their assigned blocks and their assigned lines / products.
• Link Medical Representative, District Manager to their assigned blocks and their assigned lines / products & calculate target
• Prepare “form 2” for the Target calculation application in order to be imported.
• Calculate Target
• Reply on any inquiry from the S.O. members concerning sales calculation
• Create needed reports by HR department for promotions purposes
• Apply area lines for each and every District Manager and Medical Representative as per the sheets sent from Line & Sr. Line Sales Managers on sales calculation system (Form 1).
• Copy all links in the beginning of each quarter and apply it on the new quarter.
• Add and link the new areas, branches and sales lines from different distributors to their corresponding blocks whenever needed.
• Check distributor’s sheets if there is any new customer, and link it to its assigned block and line.
• Check distributor’s sheets on new item to be linked.
• Make any required editing in links needed by District Managers and Line Sales Managers side.
