Project Manager - EVA International

• Do you have the ability to lead and support projects using project management skills, process improvement, and functional knowledge to get results and proactively seek issue resolution?
• Can you lead weekly meetings with stakeholders to review projects’ progress and be able to lead teams through the project lifecycle from project kick-off to product delivery?
• Can you set proper Key Performance Indicators to measure the impact of process changes and Identify monitor, and complete key measures to ensure the completion of multiple projects while mitigating risks?
• Can you collaborate with and manage relationships between stakeholders, partners, and leadership to ensure key deliverables are met on time while building data sets, dashboards, and insights to provide visibility for projects’ progress?
• Can you Drive continuous improvement to support the long-term plans for the company and Identify gaps, build new processes with stakeholders, create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) from the processes, and obtain approvals for the SOP for products and new business models?

• BS in Business, Engineering or Technical related field required
• Demonstrated 3-5 years prior experience in project/program management
• Excellent verbal and written skills. Must be able to articulate issues and solutions to the team and upper management. Able to produce high-quality project reports and presentations
• Professional PM Certification (Project Management Professional [PMP] or equivalent) preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively, and work independently without supervision.
• Fluent English spoken and written is a must.
