Plant Manager - Limitless Site (Food Supplements)

EVA Pharma is looking to have a highly energetic, organized "Plant Manager - Limitless Site (Food Supplements)" to join EVA Pharma Team.

• Have you previously led plant operations in a food supplement manufacturing setting, focusing on optimizing efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance while fostering teamwork and driving continuous improvement?
• Do you possess the necessary experience to ensure strict regulatory compliance, robust quality control, and efficient supply chain management within a food supplements manufacturing facility?
• Have you successfully devised and executed strategies to prioritize product development and innovation while upholding high standards of quality and regulatory compliance?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proven experience 10+ years in a senior management role within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in the food supplements.
• Demonstrated success in leading production teams and optimizing plant operations to achieve efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems such as HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluency in English.
