• Did you draft, review, negotiate or finalize bilingual different types of contracts/agreements, upon due time and with 100% accuracy before?
• Did you provide effective management of legal contractual risks arising from service contracts? and ensure the Company operates within the applicable legal and regulatory frameworks?
• Did you provide proper and proactive management of a legal claim by ensuring prompt amicable settlement at optimal cost to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and cost-cutting for the Company?

• Minimum 6+ years experience in a multinational company or corporate legal firm is required, experience in contracts (license agreements,
• Experience in medicals/pharmaceuticals and Intellectual property rights is a plus.
• LLB is required (an LLM is a plus).
