Junior Network Engineer

- Did you manage customer requirements and provide them with the appropriate connectivity solutions?

-Did you design and manage a complex network environment, including LAN, WAN, Wired, and Wireless technologies?

- Did you manage to mitigate new security risks to take proper action and ensure that the group Network is immune against new threats and vulnerabilities?
-Do you have Hands-on experience on wired/wireless network solutions and technologies, including Juniper and Aruba platforms?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, communications, or electronics engineering.

• 1- 2 years of experience.
  Design and develop network solutions, including LAN and WAN connectivity.

• Troubleshooting and resolving network problems in a complex environment.

• Provide next level technical support for Level 1 Specialists.

• Manage external communications with vendors and service providers.

• Perform technical & management escalation as implied by the escalation process to ensure security tasks are progressing toward resolution and/or completion.

• Set action plans for the new active projects.

• Improve the current working processes as well as the network performance.

• Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests reported within the agreed change management process through official Change tools.

• Resolve service problems by performing root cause analysis and designing action plans for unknown errors.
