Head of Strategy and technology scouting

Do you have a holistic understanding of the interdisciplinary space and levers needed to execute deals with knowledge in pharma, Business development, strategy, and venture building?

Do you have a proven track record of scouting for leads & opportunities, actively sourcing new technology partners, through research & analysis, and in drafting proposals?

Do you have a Strong M&A project management experience with a successful track record in closing transactions?

Can you identify relevant strategic questions and actively prepare new strategic focus topics including initiatives to shape the future project portfolio?

Qualifications:

University degree in business administration, economics, pharma/biosciences or any relevant discipline

5+ years of relevant work experience, in BD, venture building and/or scientific scouting

Deep understanding of the EU/US BD and partnership space

Existing network and ability to liaise with relevant third parties including investment banks, potential partners, and

potential targets

Strong capabilities to develop standalone business valuations, model synergies

Fluent skills in English are mandatory; another language is a plus
