Eva Pharma is looking to have a ‘’ Continuous Improvement Manager “in Eva Pharma
Check the following questions first.
- Can you identify the gaps in a current process and optimize different processes to reduce waste?
- Can you design solutions (Automation & Process improvements) that are modular and can be replicated?
- Can you Support & monitor operation to make it Measurable, Repeatable and Predictable?
- Can you provide support towards continuous Improvement programs across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.?
- Do you have the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels?
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- 8 years of overall experience in relevant industries (Utilities, Health Care, Pharma, Manufacturing) – with hands-on experience handling data-driven decisions.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in driving Transformation or Process Improvement.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Managerial role
- Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
